Shrimps are sold by COUNT PER KILO, which determines their size. We understand that every one of our customers is different, and every customer has different needs; you may like a bigger shrimp on the BBQ than in your soup or salad. We offer shrimps from small, medium, medium-large, to large, jumbo and colossal sizes. Below is a rough guide on the approximate number of shrimps you get per kilo. Fresh Shrimp
This is by far the best way to get your shrimps delivered: fresh on ice. A fresh shrimp should have a firm and glossy appearance. A good tip for you when you buy fresh shrimp is to make sure there are no black spots on the shell because this is an indication that the shrimp is no longer fresh.
And We deliver
Frozen Shrimp
We have our own flash freeze facility. By flash freezing, the shrimp will reach -20°C within minutes. This fast rate creates the perfect atmosphere inside the shrimp to crystallize the cellular structure, and thus is particularly effective in preserving the shrimp’s original taste, moisture and succulent texture. After the shrimps are frozen, they will be packed and kept frozen for transport.
PEELED Shrimp
You can also opt to get your shrimps peeled, with or without heads. Your wish is our command.
